About the Development Costalita is an Urbanizacion (development) by developer Urbis on the Costa Del Sol, Spain, between San Pedro and Estepona. From Costalita, Malaga and Gibraltar airports are just 45 minutes away, Marbella Old town, 15 minutes and Puerto Banus is just 10 minutes away (all by road). Click here for directions and a map of the complex. Costalita is on the beach, and consists of apartment blocks and townhouses, with several independent communities operating. The buildings are characterized by classic Spanish architecture, typical of the region and all with beautiful landscaped gardens designed by award winning garden designers.
